KHOFH

November 28, 2015

Greetings,

I arrived Kenya safe & sound, and have begun visiting the groups. In Masaba I was informed about a seminar they will be having in mid December. A number of leaders from various areas will attend. Their goal is to try and come to the correct understanding (Biblical Truth) concerning a number of subjects that they have differing opinions on.

Their attitude is good, they just want to have correct biblical doctrine, and be on same page with one another. So I suggested to them to call in on the hookup and discuss these issues with all of you. So I would appreciate if you would please help them. I’m sure there are a number of Scriptures they are not aware of that you can enlighten them with that pertain to each subject.

My suggestion to them was not to call in to around 12:30. If your already into the reading, maybe you can stop and address their questions. This would be a great help to them, and beneficial to the Gospel being preached here in E. Africa because, as they return to their congregations with additional Truths.

Also, please help make others aware of the poverty our brothers here are enduring, and that any and all donations are highly appreciated.

your brother in Christ
Bill

Hello brother William,

I am sorry for the delay to reply you in respect to the funds. have been out where there is no computer services available and my phone as been down because it rained on me and blocked the phone and it had a technical problem to send even a text message.

Sorry for this inconveniency, we received Ksh.18,100 and after the Mpesa charges it was Ksh.16,800.

Thank you for this support and may God increase you richly, give you long life to serve the needs of the needy.

May God strengthen you both spiritually and physically.

In Singera last week two members visited us. When they arrived I was making tea and offered them some. They asked if we had any bread, we had two loves, took one out, opened it, and they began eating it (4) slices at a time. Don’t know when they had eaten last. When I saw how hungry they were I immediately began making popcorn (had purchased some while passing through a city a few days earlier) it was all the food we had on hand.

Today I am in Masaba, arrived yesterday and was served rice for lunch and rice for dinner last night. Guess what we had this morning for breakfast? Yes, rice. Only thing different from yesterday’s rice and this mornings rice was yesterday the rice was hot, this morning it was cold.

The amazing thing about these brethren is that “No One” ever complains about anything. They are content in their poverty, they are content in their suffering.

If we could only make the brethren there in the States aware of conditions here, I’m sure many would help, especially if they knew that the donated funds are reaching the intended target.
