KHOFH

April 30, 2021

Greetings Brethren,

Hope all of you are well, as we continue the count to the Feast of Pentecost, Pentecost is our Feast, the Feast of First Fruits, when the “Wave Loaves” which are made of fine flour, will be baked, and baked with leaven. (Leviticus 23:17)

We have much to report on today, and all of it is very good news. Sengera House Orphanage is doing well. Your prayers and your financial support has given the Orphanage, and our impoverished Brethren a wonderful boost. Even the funds needed to replace the well pump have been received, and the damage to the front gate has been repaired, and soon to be reinforced.

We have also completed the building of Ann’s house. Ann is one of our church widows who is caring two orphans. Their old mud house had collapsed. The new one pictured below is complete now.

Ann’s new house and detached kitchen

That’s Ann’s new house painted pink on the right.

We decided to build her kitchen separate “detached” from the house.

Matara’s house is also nearing completion. It has already been mudded, and now waiting for the mud to dry so it can be plastered.

Matara’s new mud house which will also serve as his kitchen. Matara’s is caring 5 orphans.

I also want to report on the Feast. We (KHofH) have assisted 21 church groups, with a total of 1,250 Brethren (Men Women and Children.) in attendance. Eight of the 21 groups kept all seven days of the feast together.

We have supplied them with wine for the Passover, flour for making unleavened bread, and also Maze (corn) and beans. Tanks to you donors, all at the Feast had food to eat. Your Brethren are very thankful to you for assisting them. We also supplied more with Bibles.

Benjamin Bett, purchased & distributed 30 Bibles

Nehemiah also purchased & distributed more Bibles,
to Brethren in the Nyanza Province of Kenya

Also, if you want a taste of what was served at this years Feast, the link is at the bottom of this update.

Thanks to the recent donations we were also able to move forward and remove Jiggers (the tiny mite) from 9 additional children who have been suffering, and patiently waiting our help. The surgeon came to their camp on Friday, and surgically removed them with his scalpel. We also bought all of them shoes. I’m short on pictures, but will try to have some soon.

Let me mention one more thing here before I close, it’s concerning Haron, He has been fighting Leukemia for some time now. Please pray for God to heal him. Let us pray for our Creator to pass out those Wonderful, Powerful Gifts of His, We need to Boldly preach the Gospel of repentance and the news of His Coming Kingdom. And we need Him confirming the Word with “signs following.”

(Mark 16: 17-20)

Concerning Leviticus 23:17 and the “leaven” that the “Wave Loaves” will be baked with, many still teach that that leaven represents sin. Brethren, that’s preposterous, nothing could be further from the truth. Once those wave ;loaves (the church) are baked, they are a finished product, “permanent.” Our Creator will bake no one with the leaven of sin in them. The leaven spoken of in that verse represents God’s Holy Spirit. His Spirit is the only ingredient Powerful enough to change our sinful nature, and create in us His Holy Righteous Character. Leaven does not always represent sin in the Bible. There is also a Good Leaven spoken of in the Scriptures, its found in: (Matthew 13:33.) That link is Also posted st the bottom of this update.

Thank you Brethren, for your patience concerning donation receipts, hope to have March & April out soon.
